These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your subscription to the Osss Performance Journal (“Osss”) services offered by Osss Performance Pty Ltd (“Osss”, “we”, or “us”).
1. Subscription Plans
Osss offers the following subscription plans:
Free:
- Journaling Fundamentals:
- Create detailed training journal entries.
- Add one photo per journal entry.
- Record competition results (Coming Soon).
- Set and track BJJ goals.
- Build Your Knowledge Base:
- Add a limited number of techniques (with one photo each).
- Searchable technique library.
- One year of media storage.
Standard ($15.95 USD/month or $159.50 USD/year):
- Enhanced Journaling:
- Everything in Free, plus:
- Add unlimited techniques.
- Add up to 5 photos per technique.
- Include one training roll video per journal entry.
- Five years of media storage.
- Mental Game Tools (Coming Soon):
- Utilise the Traffic Light System for mental focus.
- Weekend Review for progress reflection.
Premium ($24.95 USD/month or $249.50 USD/year):
- Unlimited Power & Community:
- Everything in Standard, plus:
- Unlimited video uploads for techniques & training rolls.
- Ten years of secure media storage.
- Connect with training partners (Coming Soon).
- Share techniques and videos with training partners (Coming Soon).
- Academy Integration (Coming Soon):
- Add your academy.
- Manage academy library and permissions.
- Add students, send messages, and share techniques.
2. Billing & Payment
- Subscriptions begin on the date of purchase.
- You may subscribe via our website (credit card) or through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Payment will be charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on your chosen plan.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
- Osss does not offer refunds for subscription fees.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Website Subscriptions: Access will terminate at the end of your current billing period.
- In-App Subscriptions: Follow the cancellation process within the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
4. Promotions & Discounts
- Osss may offer promotions or discounts periodically. Terms of such offers will be specified at the time.
- Osss offers an affiliate/referral program. Members who refer new Premium subscribers will earn a commission as outlined in the Affiliate Program Terms.
5. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled by the user.
6. Pricing Changes
Osss reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. You will be notified of any pricing changes in advance, with reasonable notice.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to Osss, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms and Conditions, as well as our general Terms of Use.
